XXIII Meeting of the Ibero-American Service-Learning Network

 

The agenda of this new meeting of the Network included numerous topics of common work such as the proposed publication on service-learning and SDO; presentation of the Global Program for Catholic Universities; the Service-Learning Diploma developed by CAEU (OEI)-UNTREF-CLAYSS; the continuity of the RIDAS Service-Learning Iberoamerican Journal; the V Service-Learning Researchers’ Symposium and the global research agenda and the promotion of national networks to strengthen SL in different countries.
In addition to discussing future projects, updates were presented on the situation of service-learning in the United States (Amy Meuers-NYLC), in Brazil (Alexandre Isaac- CENPEC/por la Red Brasilera de Aprendizaje Solidario), in Chile (Camila Fara and Jorge Reino -REASE), in Uruguay (Marianela Fernández Villa- CLAYSS Uruguay), a emerging network in Mexico (Azucena Ochoa-Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro).
